Television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe were available in our superior quadruple room. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean bathroom here.

The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully designed with interesting toiletries, set in a central location in the city center.

Location: the hotel was close to the centre of the city as well as restaurants. You can find Caffe Lucignolo so close to the venue to a have lunch. Truly enjoyed the room with interesting design, my bed was comfortable...

The room we stayed in was themed, which added a nice touch to our city break. The bed was really comfy and we slept well. The hotel had good wifi which made planning our trip very easy. Additionally, the location was great for exploring the town and taking some great photos.

The check-in process was really confusing and took too long to access our room. We had poor communication with the staff and no one seemed to know what was going on. The breakfast was served in another hotel a few minutes away, which was not convenient or enjoyable. We were also disappointed with the condition of the room which was not comfortable, had dirty sheets and did not smell fresh. we did not have a good experience and would not recommend staying here.

We loved the continental style flat sheets, which were perfect for the hot weather. the staff were friendly and check-in was easy. the location of the hotel was great, quiet yet close to everything. it was a perfect stay. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.
